When to message us

  • Before ordering: questions about whether WyomingLLC fits your situation, country eligibility, multi-LLC structures, bundle quotes, refund policy questions.
  • During formation: name availability check, intake form clarification, document review, member structure questions, operating agreement clauses.
  • After formation: EIN status updates, bank application help, Mercury/Relay/Wise prep coaching, Stripe US setup questions.
  • Year 2+ compliance: Wyoming annual report reminders, Form 5472 add-on signup, changes to your LLC structure, registered agent renewal.
  • Banking trouble: rejection at one bank, KYC follow-up questions, fallback bank application, switching banks.

  • Which bank you want to start with (Mercury, Relay, or Wise) or which one rejected you
  • Any deadline you are working with (Amazon listing live date, Stripe approval, payroll, investor close)
  • Whether you already have an LLC or are starting from scratch
  • Whether you need ITIN (PayPal personal verification or US personal tax filing)
  • Your WyomingLLC order number (if you are already a customer)
  • Screenshots of any error messages or rejection emails

We aim to respond to almost every question within 30 minutes during business hours, and always within 24 hours.

Time zone coverage

Our team is split across two time zones to cover most of the global day:

  • NYC team covers 9am to 6pm Eastern US time (UTC-5 winter, UTC-4 summer). Best for US East Coast, Brazil, UK, Germany, and Western Europe.
  • Dhaka team covers 9am to 6pm Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6). Best for India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, UAE, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam.
  • Combined coverage: roughly 18 hours per day on weekdays. Weekends have lighter coverage but emergencies are still handled.

What is the fastest way to reach you?
WhatsApp during business hours. We are usually online from Bangladesh business hours through US East Coast business hours, which covers most of the day.
Do you have phone support?
WhatsApp voice calls work for urgent issues. We do not have a US toll-free number; WhatsApp is the preferred channel.
What if it is the middle of the night for you?
Email anytime. We respond within 24 hours, typically much sooner. Urgent issues are handled out-of-hours by the on-call team.
Can I book a call before ordering?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp or email and we can schedule a 15-minute video call to walk through your situation.
What languages do you support?
English is the primary language. Our Dhaka team also supports Bangla. We have working Hindi and Urdu support but written documentation is English.
Where are you located?
Topslice LLC is incorporated in New York City. Operations are split across NYC and Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Do you have a physical office I can visit?
No. We operate fully remotely. All customer interaction is via WhatsApp, email, and (if needed) video call.
How do I share documents securely?
Email is fine for most documents. For passport copies or sensitive items, we can provide an upload link to a secure file share.
Can I escalate if I am not getting a response?
Yes. If you have not heard back in 24 hours, message again with 'urgent' in the subject line or call via WhatsApp.
Do you have a Discord or Slack community?
Not currently. Our customer base is too small and varied across time zones to maintain a community channel. One-on-one support is our model.
Can I get a recommendation for a US CPA, attorney, or other service?
Yes. We have partner CPAs and attorneys familiar with non-resident-owned Wyoming LLCs at fixed-fee rates. Ask us by email.
What if the IRS contacts me?
Forward the notice to us. Most IRS notices for foreign-owned LLCs are routine (annual filing reminders, address verification) and we can advise on response. For complex tax disputes we refer to a CPA.
