What we do
WyomingLLC is a US LLC formation service built specifically for non-US residents. We file your Wyoming LLC with the Wyoming Secretary of State, apply for your EIN with the IRS, supply your custom operating agreement, and introduce you to Mercury, Relay, and Wise Business for your US bank account. The entire process takes 3 to 4 weeks end-to-end. No US visit, US address, or US visa is required. Active time on your side is about 20 minutes (the intake form).
The $297 service fee covers everything in the formation stack. The Wyoming state filing fee is paid separately to the state. We invoice you for the exact current state fee during intake; it does not flow through our books.
Who we are
WyomingLLC is operated by Topslice LLC, a New York limited liability company. The founder and operator is Zawwad, Founder & CEO. We operate across New York City and Dhaka, Bangladesh, which lets us provide WhatsApp support during business hours across both time zones (Eastern US morning into South Asia and Middle East late-night). Combined, we cover most of the day across the world.
We are not a law firm or CPA firm. We do not provide legal or tax advice. We file the standard forms (Wyoming Articles of Organization, IRS Form SS-4, custom operating agreement) and introduce you to US banks. For complex legal or tax questions, we refer to partner attorneys and CPAs at fixed-fee rates we have negotiated for WyomingLLC customers.
Why we exist
Most US LLC formation services are built for US residents. The few that serve non-residents charge $1,000 to $2,000 per year in bundled compliance subscriptions that most founders do not need. We saw founders in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Brazil, Nigeria, and dozens of other countries paying for services they would never use, while still struggling with banking applications, EIN paperwork, and Form 5472 compliance.
We built WyomingLLC to be the simpler, cheaper, more honest alternative: clear all-in price of $297 + state fee, no auto-renewing upsells, optional add-ons priced individually, direct support from a small team that knows Wyoming LLC law and IRS Form 5472 mechanics from daily work.
Why we charge less
We are not a YC-backed brand. We do not buy Super Bowl ads. We do not have a 100-person customer support team or a marketing department. We rely on word-of-mouth and SEO. Lower customer acquisition cost lets us pass the savings to you.
The $297 fee covers LLC formation, registered agent (year 1), operating agreement, EIN filing, and bank introductions. Add-ons (ITIN, Form 5472, annual report filing) are clearly priced and only billed if you opt in. No bundled subscriptions you did not ask for.
Our pricing rule
Our service fee is $297. The Wyoming state filing fee is paid separately to the Wyoming Secretary of State. We never bundle these into a single quote. We never hide the state fee inside a higher headline price. We never auto-renew anything without 30 days notice.
In every customer-facing surface (homepage, pricing page, checkout receipt, customer support), pricing reads exactly $297 + state fee. No tricks.

- Promise bank approval (it depends on KYC review, not us)

- Use em dashes anywhere on the site (founder preference, enforced)
- Add a chat widget or exit-intent popup
- Sell your data to third parties
- Use dark patterns at checkout or in customer support
Who we serve
Founders in 50+ countries. Our largest customer markets are India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Brazil, Nigeria, Philippines, Vietnam, UAE, UK, and Indonesia. We do not serve OFAC-sanctioned countries (Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba) due to US legal restrictions.

- Not a payment processor. We accept Stripe payments but we do not provide payment processing.
- Not a tax planner. We tell you the rules; we do not optimize your tax position.

Every page on this site is written to be specific, honest, and useful. Numbers over adjectives. Real statutory references instead of vague claims. Honest about competitors (we tell you when doola or Firstbase fits your use case better than us). No marketing fluff.
